During the pandemic, legislative decisions have been made based on scientific knowledge. Institutionalised science has once again proven to be a source of legitimacy for public policies. Democracies value truth, but how is this truth determined?
Political institutions must base some of their decisions on knowledge provided by scientists. What political authority is science responsible for? Is it possible to democratise knowledge?
