Member and co-founder of La Hidra Cooperativa (www.lahidra.net), an associated work cooperative dedicated to researching and analysing urban political economics.

He runs La Hidra's research area, currently dedicated to subjects such as the right to housing, public-community collaboration and the new political scenario opened up by programmes such as the Green New Deal. He is also a member of the Fundación de los Comunes network (www.fundaciondeloscomunes.net).

He has a PhD in political science and public policies. As a researcher, he has taken part in European projects such as TRANSGOB, focused on the study of urban governance in the United Kingdom and Spain, and in the search for P2P Value, on community governance online.

He is the co-author of books such as Barrios y crisis: Crisis económica, segregación urbana e innovación social (Tirant Humanidades, 2018), Rebeldías en común (Libros en Acción, 2017) and Innovación en cultura (Traficantes de Sueños, 2009).
