The Biennial of Thought, Open City is a project promoted by Barcelona City Council through the Barcelona Institute of Culture.

Advisory Council

Advice regarding the content of the democracy plan is provided by Moral and Political Philosophy lecturer Daniel Gamper and lecturer and Doctor of Philosophy César Rendueles.

The designer and activist Adrià Garcia Mateu and the journalist and researcher Marta Peirano are in charge of advice on the technology content.

The content relating to the city has been prepared with the advice of the architect Josep Ferrando and the architect, researcher, communicator, musician and singer-songwriter Núria Moliner.

The Barcelona Centre for Contemporary Culture has provided advice on the content relating to future challenges.
