Oriol Farrés

PhD in Philosophy from the UAB and coordinator for the UAB-UdG Master’s Degree in Applied Philosophy

He has a PhD in Philosophy from the UAB and is a temporary associate professor at the same university. He is also the coordinator for the UAB-UdG Master’s Degree in Applied Philosophy.

He has published articles on political ethics and philosophy in academic magazines. He has also translated Hannah Arendt and John Rawls into Catalan; and Thomas Pogge into Spanish. He has collaborated with El Punt Avui and Nació Digital as a columnist.

He has given conferences in various places, including the Ateneu Barcelonès, Aulas de Extensión Universitaria and in the Asociación de Amigos at the UAB.
