The visible impacts of the climate crisis are introducing the idea of general collapse in the public imagination, much more so than other crises such as humanitarian or equality-based ones.

Carlos Taibo, professor of political science and the author of several books on collapse, and Marina Garcés, professor of philosophy, writer, and explorer of what she calls the post-human era, will explore the causes of collapse and the idea of collapse itself. They will propose ways to, collectively and through intimate experience, face a present and future that seem to be rapidly unravelling.
