The founder and director of Superflux, Studio for Strategic Imagination, Foresight, Speculative Design and Experiential Futures which works with a large variety of organisations (Google AI, Deepmind, Omidyar Network, UN Development Programme, International Red Cross, Varkey Foundation) on imagining and planning how they can effectively navigate uncertainty and discover innovations, strategies and emerging business models. Superflux sets out a vision of inter-related forces that shape our world with the aim of proposing an experimental commitment to the future. This work enables organisations to mitigate risks, explores new addresses and exploit unrecognised potential.

Jain has taken part in conferences such as TED Main Stage in Vancouver and the Skoll World Forum Oxford, as well as MIT, Said Business School Oxford, WIRED, IABC, GOETHE INSTITUTE and DHL leadership events, among others. She has received the ICSID Award of Excellence, the UNESCO Digital Arts Award and Geneva Grand Prix Human Rights Festival, as well as awards from Apple and the UK Government’s Innovation Department.
