Architect and neighbourhood activist, he participates in platforms and organisations such as Ens Plantem, against speculation and tourist massification in Poblenou, and the 22@ Urban Development Plan Platform, which seeks new regulations for this part of the Sant Martí district. He has contributed architectural tools and knowledge to neighbourhood improvement projects launched by city residents.

Albert València graduated in Architectural Studies from the Vallès Higher Technical School of Architecture (ETSAV). He has worked in the fields of architecture, energy and participation.
