Project manager, specialising in strategy and transformation consultancy. With a bachelor's degree in political sciences and public administration and a master's degree in public management behind her, during the last ten years Marta Junqué has worked in various disciplines aimed at defining and implementing business strategies, improving organisational effectiveness and bringing IT transformation and modernity to institutions. 

In the social sphere, she has collaborated with several NGOs working  with refugees as an English lecturer. She is a member of the Federal Committee of Young European Federalists (JEF), an international NGO with over 30,000 members, and a JEF ambassador for structured dialogue at the European Union, the EU's main forum for discussing and debating its youth policies.

Marta is also the coordinator of the Barcelona Time Use Initiative for a Healthy Society.
