Housing policy consultant at the Barcelona Department of Housing and head of projects at Celobert Cooperativa. He promotes exchanges of housing knowledge and practices between Barcelona and other cities in Europe and North America. 

Cabré Romans has studied at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning), at the NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and at Boston College. He has contributed articles to newspapers such as El Punt Avui, Diari de Girona and El País.
