Antoine Bertin

Sound and experimental artist

A graduate in sound engineering from the ENS Louis Lumière and in sound art from the London College of Communication, Bertin works on the boundaries between documentaries and fiction, poetry and politics, organic and artificial. His artistic work intersects with science and sensory immersion, field recording and sound narration, data and music composition. He creates experiences that combine surrounding sound elements, interactive narration and tangible material.

He is the editor of the magazine OnLine Soundry, which invites creative people from every kind of discipline to develop new work and generate debate between artists, designers and engineers on music and sound.  The creator combines technology with story narration and is curious about our relationship with the environment and the idea of progress.
