Laura Ginès

An art director and producer who develops animated-graphics projects

A graduate in Illustration, Art and Design, now an art director and a producer. She runs her own studio and develops animated-graphics projects. Some of her films are part of the CCCB’s Xcèntric Archives of to experimental cinema and have been screened in specialist cinemas such as San Francisco's Cinemàteque, the New York Anthology Film Archives and Madrid's Museo Nacional Centrode Arte Reina Sofía.

She is a lecturer in visual narratives, history and animation at Elisava, the Barcelona School of Design and Engineering. She is a co-founder of A Home In Progress Film, an independent educational project that produces collective animation films, and a member of CRANC, a team of film makers which organises experimental film screenings at an old printer's.
