Jordi Pascual

Coordinator of the Cultural Commission of the United Cities and Local Governments (CGLU) international organisation. The Committee organises a global award and a biennial summit, mes a manages a unique database on good practice and promotes a series of learning programmes on skills acquisition and connectivity. As the Committee’s coordinator Pascual is one of the leaders of the global campaign www.culture2030goal.net, which defends the role of cultural factors and actors in UN sustainable development goals. He has published books, articles and reports on cultural rights, culture and sustainability and culture governance. He is a jury member for the European Capital of Culture and teaches culture management and policies at the Open University of Catalonia.
