Marta Peirano

(Madrid, 1975)

Spanish writer and journalist who specialises in technology. She is the co-founder of Elástico, a multidisciplinary collective with which she co-directed the COPYFIGHT project on free culture in 2005, and of CryptoParty Berlín, an initiative which revolves around privacy and security issues on the Internet.​ She also founded the culture sections of ADN.es andeldiario.es, where she has been assistant director for two years. She is currently on leave, writing a book about digital feudalism. She also gives workshops, courses and talks around the world on infrastructures, surveillance and the climate crisis.
