City and Memory Trialogues

Organised jointly by the University of Barcelona, the Born Cultural and Memory Centre and Barcelona City Council's Institute of Present Pasts, this congress investigates, proposes and disseminates new commemorative initiatives that form part of the current municipal government of Barcelona's policies. Experts, artists, activists and national and international initiatives come together, in a format open to the general public, to reflect on contemporary ways of focusing on, transmitting and materialising the memory of cities.
