Habitat (double penetration)
An artist who presents a sculpture in a new building, a YouTuber who announces his suicide live, a writer who is dissatisfied with her office job and two girls who are looking for each other with a dating app. These are some of the pieces in this human mosaic composed by Roger Torns, one of the most powerful voices among young Catalan dramatists. Focusing on dependence on (and frivolity of) social networks, Torns speaks about how individuals need to be accepted by a community, by the world.
Habitat won the DespertaLab 2018 Scholarship, awarded by the Nau Ivanow and Sala Atrium, in support of emerging creativity.
