Gemma Pinyol Jiménez
Migrations director at Instrategies and associate researcher with GRITIM-UPF. European Council expert in the Intercultural Cities Project and coordinator of the Intercultural Cities Network (RECI). She used to run the Office of the Secretary of State for Immigration and Emigration and was in charge of the Barcelona Centre for International Affairs (CIDOB) Migrations Programme
She is linked with the TEMPER project, in the working group on highly qualified migrants. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences from the UAB and a Master’s in Political Analysis from the UOC.
