Carme Galve Montore

Born in 1975, she has a diploma in Library Science and a bachelor's degree in Documentation (UB). She has been on the Biblioteques de Barcelona team since 2001, running the Jaume Fuster Library since its official opening in 2005. Member of the Editorial Board of the Catalan Association of Librarians and Documentalists’ magazine ÍTEM, she has taken part in several library forums, AICE-Educating Cities, FESABID, the National Congress of Public Libraries and the MED-Act library cooperation programme. She has been a member of the IFLA Metropolitan Libraries’ Standing Committee since 2017.
