Oriol Nel·lo
A geographer specialising in urban studies and territorial planning. Nel·lo lectures at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and is a member of the Institute of Catalan Studies (IEC) Previously he was a Catalan MP (1999-2004) and the Catalan government’s Secretary for Territorial Planning (2003–2011). At present he chairs the Barcelona Neighbourhood Plan Advisory Board.
