Leads the experts of the European Commission’s Open Source Observatory & Repository (osor.eu). Specialises in technological knowledge transfer and has been involved with the OSOR since it was set up in 2007.
OSOR became part of Joinup (joinup.ec.europea.eu) in 2012. This EC portal focuses on the exchange and reuse of ICT solutions by public services throughout Europe.
