Non-profit association that brings together professionals from the sector who are committed to defending, promoting and ensuring the presence of women in audiovisuals. Given that women have a very far from equal presence with men in audiovisuals, DONESVISUALS is launching an Action Plan designed to reverse this situation of historical inequality.
