Eloy Fernández Porta

(Barcelona, 1974)
PhD in Humanities from Pompeu Fabra University, he is a lecture in theories of culture and contemporary art on the Hispanic and European Studies Programme at the UPF and at the Barcelona School of Management. Notable publications include his anthology Golpes (with Vicente Muñoz Álvarez) and his essays Afterpop, Homo Sampler, €®O$ (Anagrama Essay Prize), Emociónese así (City of Barcelona Prize and Extraordinary Doctorate Prize), En la confidencia and L’art de fer-ne un gra massa, all published by Anagrama. Contributor to the magazines Rockdelux, Jot Down, A*Desk andNúvol, his work has been translated into English, French and Portuguese.
