Jorge Kors

Lawyer specialising in intellectual property law and Doctor of Law from the University of Buenos Aires, where he teaches Patent Law. Member of the Ad-Hoc Technical Assessment Committee of the Argentinian Technological Fund set up by the National Agency for Promoting Science and Technology, and a board member of the Revue Internationale de Droit Economique. He is the author of several books on industrial and intellectual property. He is noted for his research on El impacto de las patentes de medicamentos sobre el sistema de salud
