Democracies Under Control series. Controlling information and knowledge
Organised by the Ernest Lluch Foundation and Palau Macaya, this series analyses questions such as digital-capitalism surveillance, ICT control of democratic participation, (dis)information and cybersecurity under Big Data.
The conference ICT control of democratic participation and the electoral behaviour of voters relates how technopolitics has opened up a whole spectrum where people can collaborate, participate and be politically active, modifying the habitual channels between political-representative institutions and society.
With Antoni Gutiérrez-Rubí and Rafael Rubio
