Carme Trilla

Specialist economist in housing and public housing policies. She was secretary of Housing of the Generalitat regional government of Catalonia between 2004 and 2011. She is currently president of the Metropolitan Housing Observatory of Barcelona and of the Fundació Habitat3, third social sector. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Neighbourhood Plan of Barcelona and she collaborates with various non-profit organisations in the management of social housing.
