Barcelona thinks: Thinking Marathon
Promoted by the UB's Faculty of Philosophy, the Barcelona Thinks festival aims to disseminate philosophy by shedding its academic image and taking it to public places, creating a forum where academic philosophy interacts with other fields of thought, sciences and arts, in order to promote Barcelona as a centre of cultural innovation and fostering citizen participation.
The 2018 Thinking Marathon will programme activities aimed at children and young people, round tables on philosophy and women and philosophy and science, a philosophic cabaret, book presentations, conferences and theatrical activities.
